The perfect fall cookie is now available year round! This cookie has the perfect blend of Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Ginger and topped with Vanilla Royal Icing.

Gluten Friendly
Being Gluten Free doesn't mean you should miss out on cookies! This cookie is just as soft and sweet as the other flavors. It has the same flavor as the Classic Vanilla and is topped with Vanilla Royal Icing, all Gluten Free!
Please note: I use King Arthur's Measure for Measure Flour which is produced on equipment that also processes wheat, milk, soy, eggs, coconut, chestnuts, and almonds. These cookies are also produced in a kitchen that handles wheat ingredients.
If you are highly allergic to wheat use caution when ordering.

Hi, I'm Emily!
For as long as I can remember I have been obsessed with baking. I blame my early childhood fixation on Cake Boss and my pretend kitchen set!
In 2015 I discovered the incredible world of sugar cookies! I doubted that I would be able to make a career out of baking so instead I chased different jobs over the next few years, even going as far as to become a licensed esthetician! Finally, in 2020 I couldn't deny my passion any longer and I decided to make Cookies by Em my full-time job!

Cookie Classes
Looking to improve your cookie decorating skills? Or maybe you're looking for a fun group activity for a work event, summer camp, or party. Whatever the occasion/reason, cookie classes with Cookies by Em are the perfect, fun, and delicious activity for all ages!
I have been in the business of baking since 2015 and I'm ready to share every tip and trick that I've learned with you! Classes are tailored to your skill level and are very beginner friendly.
Standard Classes
Starting at $50 per person
The Standard Class includes everything you need to get started decorating cookies and refine your cookie skills. You'll spend 2 hours learning all about the decorating process. You'll even get to mix your own batch of royal icing!
With step by step guidance from me, you'll leave this class with everything you need to know to decorate your own amazing cookies! Because these classes are longer and more intense than the kids classes, they are recommended for ages 10+.
Choose from an existing class theme or customize your own! The class includes:
- 6 practice cookies per attendee
- Icing and piping bags
- A box to take the cookies home
- Step by step take home guide
- A goodie bag filled with treats
- All other materials and supplies
$20 per child
Kids Classes
Do you have some young aspiring bakers? This class is perfect for promoting creativity and motor skill development! with a length of 1 hour or so, it's the perfect addition to any party or event!
This class is less serious than the others and is perfect for kids of all ages. The children will receive assistance as they use the matching coloring page to plan their designs, mix their own colored icing, and decorate their cookies.
Choose from an existing class theme or customize your own! The kids class includes:
- Coloring sheet matching the cookie theme
- Crayons
- 3 cookies per child
- Sprinkles and other decorations
- A box to take the cookies home
- A goodie bag (additional fees apply)
Kids Class Kits are also available for purchase and pickup for $15 per child.
Private Classes
Starting at $50 per person
Private classes are perfect for small, intimate groups looking for more personal and individual education. I can travel to a location of your choosing or help you find a suitable one near you.
Both adult and kids classes are available as a private option. Travel fee of $1.50 per mile applies for private classes.
A minimum of 6 students is required for private adult classes and 10 minimum for private kids classes.
